About me

Hello, my name is Isabell, I am 20 years old and come from Germany, . I am 178 cm tall and still a bit underweight but I don't weigh myself. I still live together with my parents in a nice flat but I also have a little sister and a big brother, so I am a sandwich child. Nutrition is very important for me and since a few months i am vegan.

The most important thing you should know about me is that I love OWLS, I am so addicted to those cuties and all the people who know me, know that I am a little owl.

Since 2013 i am trying to recover from anorexia and depression.

In the beginning of 2013 I became inpatient in the clinic at Korso at Bad Oeyenhausen for three months but afterwards I felt better but there is still a long way to go. In November 2014 I celebrated my 18th birthday, it was the most amazing party ever but a few days later I fell in a deep relapse and lost almost everything, my boyfriend, my sister, my frineds... so I changed, I started a recovery account on instagram (@freemyself_isa) inspired by a lovely person from the clinic. This account helped me and still helps me a lot and without the big and supportive ed-family and realcovery girls I really don't know where I would stay today. Because of them I earned life back, my love , my laugh , my happiness. Unfortunately I am not completely recovered yet but I am on my way. Although I struggle sometimes, I never give up, I will fight. Because anorexia destroyed my life, my youth and myself.

I will beat this shit and one day I am me again, the happy, lucky and smiling Isa. So go on and fight, recovery is really worth it. Everybody can give up but really strong persons fight ! Together we can.

I created my first blog to inspire girls who struggle with an ed but also every person who is interested in food posts and recipes. Enjoy, hope you will like it .
