Tofu Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
(for the dough)
150g tofu
20g ww flour
100g soy yoghurt
1 tsp baking soda
salt and pepper
(for the topping)
150 ml pureed tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
25g cheese
1/1 red pepper
Introduction:
First mix all the ingredients for the dough and puree them with a mixer. Now put the dough on a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper. Bake it for nearly 20 minutes in the oven by 180C, prepare the tomatoe puree with the oil, top the pizza after 20 minutes with all the toppings and bake it again for 20 minutes. The consistency is very crispy but tasty, so enjoy.
