Berry Cheescake

Ingredients:

• 500g curd

• 500g cream cheese

• 1 jar pickled fruits

• 2 packages vanilla pudding powder

• 4 tsp sugar

• 4 beaten eggwhites

Introduction:

Mix all the ingredients exept the fruits and fill the dough into a with baking paper coverd baking form. Try the dough and decide whether it is sweet enogh and maybe add more sugar or sweetener. Now drain the fruits and pur them on the dough. Bake the cake for nearly 35 minutes at 160C , the let it cool down a bit and enjoy :)
