Pumpkin fries

Ingredients:

  • 300-400g pumpkin

  • sweet papper spice, chips spice , rosmarin

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Introduction:

Wash the pumpkin and halve it with a knife. Then core one half of it and cut the pumpkin into thinn sticks. Put them in a bowl and add the oil and the spices, mix everything and put the sticks on a with baking paper covered baking tray. Bake them at 250C for nearly 20-30 minutes. Eat the fries for example with ketchup or herb curd with a schnitzel or with any other supplement :)
