Rasberry chocolate and vanilla cupcakes

Ingredients for the chocolate dough:

  • 20g chocolate protein powder

  • 100g whole wheat flour

  • 60g melted butter

  • 125ml almond milk

  • 1 egg

  • 80g Xucker or sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 4 tsp raw cocoa powder

Ingredients for the vanilla dough:

  • 20g vanilla protein powder

  • 100g whole wheat flour

  • 60g melted butter

  • 125ml almond milk

  • 1 egg

  • 80g Xucker or sugar

  • 5 drops vanilla flav drops or 1 pckg vanilla sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Ingredients for the frosting:

  • 300g curd

  • 1 pckg cream stiff (Sahnesteif)

  • 10 drops rasberry flav drops or 50ml rasberry juice

Introduction:

First mix the ingredients for the doughs, till they have a creamy but also a liquid consistency. The choclate dough sufficient for nearly 6 muffin forms and the vanilla one also. Bake the muffins at nearly 180C for 25-30 min. Meanwhile prepare the frosting, mix all the ingredients and put the frosting for a few time into the fridge. Let the baked muffins cool down for a while and then top them with the frosting. Now you can enjoy those super delicious cupcakes :)
