Vegan Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients (for one portion)
25 g vegan bacon or smoked tofu
100 ml soy cream (alpro cuisine)
1/2 onion
1/2 garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
spices (pepper, salt, herbs)
100g (dry wight) ww spaghetti
Introduction:
First cut the bacon, the onion and the garlic into little pieces. Then cook the spaghetti in boiled water, afterwards first fry the onion and the garlic in a pan with the olive oil and then add the bacon. Afterwards pour the cream into the pan , flavor everything with salt, pepper and herbs and let it cook on middle heat for a while. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and enjoy :)
