Vegan Cheescake

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 150g ww flour
- 100g apple sauce
- 50g stevia/xucker/sugar
- salt
For the filling:
- 400g silken tofu
- 100g soy yoghurt
- vanilla flav drops
- 2 pck. vanilla pudding powder
- 50g stevia/xucker/sugar
How to:
First mix all the ingredients for the dough till it's a thick mass ( It should be like a cookie dough). Then put the dough into the fridge and begin to prepare the filling. Puree the tofu and put the rest of the ingredients to it. Mix everxything and take the dough out of the fridge.
Use a baking paper for a round baking form and lay the dough on it. Try to form the dough so that nothing of the filling could get out. Then put the filling on it and bake everything on 160C for 45 minutes.
