Vegan Amaranth pancakes

Ingredients (1 portion)

for the dough

  • 30g wholewheat flour

  • 70ml almond milk

  • 10g agave syrup

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 15g puffed amaranth

for the topping:

  • 1oog soy yoghurt

  • 1 tsp choclate spread

Instruction:

First mix all the ingredients for the dough till it has got a good consistency. Prepare a pan with a bit oilive oil and add one or two tbsp from the dough . Frie the pancakes for nearly 3 minutes on both site with low temperature. While you doing this, preapre the topping. When the pancakes are ready, stack them together with two rice crackers or fruits and top the pancake tower with the sauce. Enjoy!
