Baked chocolate chip oatmeal

Ingredients:
1 tsp chia seeds
30g rice flakes
30g oats
100ml milk
1 pck vanilla sugar or 8 drops vanilla flav drops
1 tsp chocolate chunks
1 tsp baking powder
Introduction:
you should prepare the oatmeal one day befor and let it soak over night or nearly one hour befor brekafst. Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder and the chocolate chunks and put the host into the fridge. On the next day you mix the soaked oatmeal with the baking powder and the chocolate chunks and put it into a little baking form. Now bake everything for nearly 30 minutes on 180C.
Aftrwards top the baked oatmeal with whatever you like, i toppd it with a mixture out of soyyoghurt and vanilla nut butter, and a ww sugarfree cookie. Enjoy :) may let me see your creations on instagram and tag me if you like (@freemyself_isa) <3
