Vegan tiramisu

Ingredients (for two portions):
200g silken tofu or curd for a non vegan tiramisu
80g plant butter
15g sugar
50ml amaretto or caramel syrup
12 spoon biscuits
1 cup of coffee
2 tsp cocoa
Introduction:
First puree the tofu with the sugar and the caramel syrup/amaretto, meanwhile melt the plant butter in a pot, let it cool down and put the liwuid into the tofu mixture, mix it till its smooth. Then prepare the biscuits, i used ww organic ones sweetend with agave syrup(for the Germans: Dinkel Löffelbiscuits aus der Babyabteilung im Dm, von der Marke Alnatura), take 2 biscuits, dip them in the coffee and staple them side by side in a matching glass or form. Then top them with the tofu mixture till they are hidden, repeat this process till you have three layers. Now do th same for the other portion, you can also make one big portion. At the end top everything with cocoa and put it into the fridge for few hours or better over night. Enjoy it and let me know whether you liked it :)
