Whole wheat pretzels


Ingredients:

  • 500g ww flour

  • 1 yeast cube or 1 package dry yeast

  • 350ml warm water

  • 5 tbsp natron

  • seeds

First melt th yeast in 350ml warm water, then add it to the flour and knead everything till it has a good consistency. My tip: do this with wet hands , then it is easier to prepare the dough. Let the dough soak for two hours and then knead it again. Prepare nearly 700ml boiled water with the natron, form pretezels out of the dough and cook them for only 20 sec. in the pot. Put them on a with baking paper coverd sheet , topp them with seeds or salt and bake them for nearly 30-40 minutes on 200 C. Enjoy them fresh baked out of the oven, then they have the best taste :)
